The twenty-two floors of the approximately one hundred metre-high Kennedy Tower designed by Van Aken Architects is a new high point for the centre of Eindhoven, both literally and figuratively. OIII architects created a pilot for the interior of the 11th floor, in which the transparency of the exterior is continued in the interior by means of transparent walls. The prominent steel column construction has also been integrated into the office design. Materials like steel and Corian enhance the innovative character and identity of the user. Above the reception area on the ground floor is a mezzanine floor that serves as a lounge for visitors and users. The shafts here are covered with satinised glass fitted with variable coloured LED lighting that, depending on the time of day, can create an array of different ambiances.
